In this master class, participants will develop a critical leadership mindset and corresponding skills to lead innovation within their organizations. The master class equips leaders to develop a leadership mindset that goes hand in hand with innovation.

To stimulate innovation, the right leadership mindset and skills are essential. Yes, innovation starts with the individual, but it is carried by teams. Leadership is therefore a crucial element for successful innovations!

In this master class, we develop a comprehensive view of leadership and leadership development. By zooming out, we can define our own leadership claim around innovation. Equally essential is its implementation, thanks to critical leadership practices, including influencing stakeholders and developing structural and psychological empowerment.
