Kateryna is a Program and Relationship Manager at the Sustainable Transformation Lab (STL).
She holds degrees in Science (Geography) from KU Leuven (Development and Environment) and Kyiv National University (Economic and Social Geography), as well as in Marketing Management (EHSAL Management School). This broad academic background as well as over 7+ years of hands-on business experience in software and hardware industries allow her to bring a unique perspective on sustainability to enforce the team of the STL.
In her current role Kateryna creates and optimizes engagement with the Sustainable Transformation Chair and other research partners, such as BASF, Port of Antwerp, and Randstad Belgium, by communicating with them, organizing SPOC meetings, (co-)organizing events etc. She coordinates and organizes the Corporate Leadership Groups ‘Good Work Goals’ and ‘Circular Economy’. Kateryna also performs the duties of the chair in Antwerp Partnership for Sustainability, co-organizes Mastering Sustainable Transformation master classes. She contributes to the Action Learning Project by providing coaching to students.
Kateryna is interested in the topics of Sustainable Innovation, Leadership, and Marketing.
