Under the heading 'design & innovation' we develop knowledge and tools in the field of product and service development, design and design management. We do this for both B2C and B2B companies in a wide range of sectors. The user is always the source and inspiration for innovation. By means of scientific and applied research, we support companies in their search for new business models. We also help them to align their innovation with relevant technological, economic and social trends.
