- HR managers and policy makers seeking to incorporate reintegration into their policies. You will explore the value that a facilitator role can bring to the organization and the underlying principles behind it. Additionally, you will gain valuable insights and inspiration on effectively implementing this process within your organization.
- Prevention consultants, searching for new insights and skills to guide reintegration from a neutral point of view. You will gain deeper insights into the significance of reintegration and learn how to approach it in a professional manner.
- Independent career coaches, career counselors, stress and burnout coaches, welfare coaches, occupational physicians, etc., Based on job coaching principles, you will learn to effectively guide both employers and employees through the reintegration process. You will be equipped with new scientific insights, models, facts, and figures, empowering you to strengthen your client interactions. Moreover, you will master the art of facilitating the process as a neutral partner.
We require that you have some knowledge of (or experience with) counseling stress symptoms or burnout, and coaching. You must have at least a bachelor's degree (through education or experience). In addition, we expect you to have demonstrated experience in coaching or counseling both employees (individual) and employers (organization).
