What will I learn?
Thanks to this program, you will learn how to take on a neutral, facilitating role and shape the dialogue between employees and employers. Additionally, you can use the insights gained to help develop policies within an organization.
- You will learn how to facilitate the reintegration process for both the employee and the manager from a neutral position.
- You will gain a hands-on approach to mapping out the reintegration needs of the employee and aligning options with the job and organization (primarily with the manager).
- You will understand how the various stakeholders (manager, general practitioner, occupational physician, care provider, organization, health insurance, etc.) contribute to a sustainable return to work.
- You will learn what a return-to-work process entails and receive a clear step-by-step plan along with practical insights into what makes a return to work sustainable.

The methodology of this training builds on research by Antwerp Management School and was developed in the context of an ESF project together with Mensura and the Association of Recognized Stress and Burnout Coaches. The research focuses on the levers and success factors for a successful return to work.
This sets this program apart by equipping you, as an external coach, HR consultant, occupational physician, prevention advisor, or internal HR, well-being, or prevention officer, with the right insights, methodologies, and tools to excel as a reintegration facilitator.

This masterclass provides you with a hands-on approach to facilitating a dialogue between employees and managers, enabling them to align needs and possibilities for a successful and sustainable return to work. This process is also referred to as 'co-crafting'. You can read exactly how this process works here (brochure in Dutch).
Thanks to the presence of the academic and/or practical supervisor, you enrich your knowledge and insights with stable and correct support, both on a theoretical and practical level.
At the end of the training, you will have everything you need to be the central and neutral pivot that creates a safe environment and circomstances, making returning to work a positive experience for both the employer and the employee.
