This program delivers up-to-date knowledge for information security professionals in order to excel in the governance and management of their ICT risk, security and compliance responsibilities. It represents cyber security as an enterprise-wide risk management challenge, impacting technical, organizational and governance responsibilities.
The tuition fee for the 2025 – 2027 Master in IT Risk & Cyber Security (MRSM) is € 31.500 for 2 academic years. Enjoy the 'early bird' tuition fee of € 29.500 when you register by May 31, 2025. After this date, the registration fee will be €31,500. (Prices are VAT-exempt)

SME subsidy: as of September 13, 2021, there is a specific subsidy for cybersecurity programs. Flemish SME’s can apply for a subsidy between 35% and 45% granted by the Flemish Government*
Dutch citizens benefit from a tax reduction based on the amount of the actual study cost.
German residents can apply for a scholarship with Deutsche Bildung.

*This increased support percentage only applies to applications with the theme of cybersecurity that were submitted from 13 September 2021. Applications submitted before September 13, 2021 will receive the previous percentage (30% or 20%).
How does a customer obtain an increased support rate?
The increased support rate is automatically applied to the cybersecurity theme. In concrete terms, this means that in step 2 of the application, the customer selects the theme 'cybersecurity' in the drop-down list when indicating the theme (cf. page 10 of the SME portfolio manual: https://www.vlaio.be/nl/media/222).
