This program is designed for:
Professionals with managerial responsibilities for whom nurturing, developing, and promoting talent is part of their core business, e.g., managers of professionals in sales, client service, quality and operations, or managers who have a high level of interaction with people, such as teachers or nurses.
Experience is necessary to participate in this program, as you will have to draw from your experience to understand concepts and apply them in home assignments and class exercises.
HR or talent development professionals: organizational professionals and experts who have been working in HRM specialties such as selection & recruitment, talent development, career management or training and development and who want to further develop themselves as coaches and experts in developing skills in professionals, managers and leaders within the context of a profit-oriented business organization.
Coaches: experienced coaches who want to further develop or sharpen their knowledge and skills through inspiring new data from psychology and neurosciences and a better understanding of the organizational context, structures, processes, and associated challenges that professionals face.
In this program we will constantly refer to organizational coaching, going beyond individual, executive coaching, as the aim is to help professionals in helping their organizations grow and thrive.
