Why AMS?

1. Guaranteed improved success rate

With this strong, evidence-based Master Class, the success rate of your projects will improve significantly. You will learn which variables are crucial to take into account, recognize the pitfalls, and above all: you’ll find out how to really take people along in your change process.

2. Vision and management tools

As a change manager you won’t only need vision, but also management tools: practical techniques that will support you to steer, influence and activate people. Throughout the entire Master Class you will get 80 concrete, applicable tools that you can use within the four core roles of the change manager.

3. Applied to your own case

During this program you will work on a real case from within your organization: you will apply the lessons learned in a safe environment where you’re allowed to make mistakes. This will enable you to better tackle, prevent or eliminate future 'obstacles' within your organization.

4. Expert opinion

Our professors are real experts within their field. You can address all your questions, challenges and problems to them. In the blink of an eye, they’ll help you resolve and understand certain situations within your organization more thoroughly.

5. Broader perspective and network

You will be part of a heterogeneous group of professionals coming from different sectors and with different backgrounds. By learning more about how things work within other organizations, you will broaden your own perspective. Moreover, you will build a network that you can permanently call on if you run into a complex situation and when you need a sparring partner.

6. Financial benefit and knowledge sharing

For internal employees: as you will become a full-fledged advisor and internal sounding board, your organization does not need to rely on external (change) consultants who don’t have a full grasp of the ins and outs in your organization. Even more so: by sharing your knowledge with colleagues, your approach will be more deeply rooted within the various teams and the organization as a whole.

7. Applicable in any stage of the change project

The knowledge of this course can be applied when the change or project:

  • is yet to be started (proactive, starting in the right way);
  • is ongoing (steering);
  • has ended (retro perspective, lessons learned for the future).

8. Flexibility

You can join the full program, or attend 1 or 2 modules separately. If you opt for the full program, you will get to the bottom of Change Management from A-Z. From starting a new change project, up to the actual implementation. Or, if you only want to zoom in on one of the themes, it’s perfectly possible to only join for that module.

“During the program I learned how to approach change management methodically, and how to deal with resistance and make change processes more inspiring. This was made possible thanks to the interaction with the professors and fellow participants, and to the limited number of participants.”

— Koen de Koker, Ducroire/Deicredere

“This program opens your eyes to see change! You get a lot of theoretical knowledge, but there is plenty of opportunity to share your experiences with your fellow participants as well. You go home with the right tools to tackle both big and small change projects. On top of that you get a chance to expand your network with new contacts. A definite recommendation from me!”

— Ann Ponnet, OCMW Heist-op-den-Berg
