Module 1: Defining the change approach and strategy
Before you start making changes, you need to understand the scope of the change. How is your organization currently structured, and what is going to change? What are the key characteristics of your organization, and how will they evolve? What will be easily changeable and what won't be? Ultimately, the question is whether the change project is feasible or needs to be adjusted.
- What are we going to change?
- Which stakeholders do we need to involve?
- Gradual or radical change?
