XPLUS and Antwerp Management School expand collaboration
Antwerp Management School (AMS), one of the top business schools in our country, and XPLUS, a leading consultancy for digital transformation and IT architecture, are expanding their partnership. After a successful initial collaboration, XPLUS is joining the AMS Corporate Membership Network. The partnership will focus on acquiring knowledge about digital transformation to better help people and organizations navigate a complex digital world.
Since 2020, Antwerp Management School and XPLUS have been joining forces from their shared vision to share crucial knowledge with business leaders and support them in their digital strategy. AMS focuses on academically grounded business and management education, while XPLUS specializes in business and management consultancy and training.
“With the expansion of this collaboration, we aim to create impact in the field of digital transformation, which is primarily a business issue. In our programs, there is a lot of focus on sharpening digital leadership skills and stakeholder management, in which XPLUS plays a prominent role. By joining forces with XPLUS, we can bridge the gap between theoretical insights and practical relevance,” says Steven De Haes, dean of Antwerp Management School.
“We believe in the power of practical training and advice to help organizations with their digital transformation,” adds Kris Marchi, CEO of XPLUS. “By collaborating with AMS, we can combine our expertise in business and management consultancy with their academic knowledge, resulting in a holistic approach to digital transformation.”
XPLUS thus becomes part of the Corporate Membership Network of AMS, a learning network of leading companies from the banking, public, energy, consulting, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, XPLUS joins the AMS Dean’s Club, where business leaders regularly meet to exchange ideas on current challenges and societal issues in an open dialogue.
Enterprise IT Architecture
The relationship between XPLUS and AMS originally emerged from the knowledge domain “Enterprise IT Architecture,” an area of expertise for XPLUS. AMS, along with the University of Antwerp, has also been a leader in this research domain for over thirty years, resulting in an extensive educational portfolio for (future) business and technology leaders.
Within this portfolio, the “Executive Master in Enterprise IT Architecture” stands out, a part-time master’s program for executives who want to enhance their knowledge of enterprise and IT architecture. Based on the latest scientific insights in enterprise engineering, this program aims to manage complexity and develop digital leaders capable of designing and leading a successful organization. AMS organizes this in close collaboration with XPLUS, focusing on practical applicability and striving for simplicity in complexity.
