Sara is holder of a PhD in Communication Studies from the University of Antwerp. During her 11 year-long career as a researcher at University of Antwerp and Antwerp Management School, she developed expertise in interpersonal communication, intra- and inter-group dynamics, future of jobs, sustainable careers and sustainable work.
As a lecturer, facilitator and (learning) coach at Antwerp Management School and University of Antwerp, she creates collaborative learning spaces and builds learning communities in leadership and personal development. In addition, she acts as an observer and coach in the “Neurotraining lab” at Antwerp Management School.
