Nathalie Vallet is specialized in organizational behavior and strategic management applied in the public and social profit sector (especially in the social and solidarist Economy). In particular, her expertise is focused on the use of alternative management paradigms that fit and respect the fundamental nature of both sectors. By using the Qualitative Research Method of Grounded Theory, she also has contributed considerably to the inductive development of these management paradigms as being implemented in Europe and especially in the Low Countries (Belgium, the Netherlands) during the last 20 years.
Within the University of Antwerp she is presently working in the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Design Sciences (FOW - Interior Architecture, Architecture). Additionally, she is also teaching in the programs of public and social profit management of Antwerp Management School (AMS).
