Before earning her masters degree in Human Resources from Vlerick Business School in 2001, Anne Lemaire already had 10 years of professional experience, 7 years of which she worked as a manager for SWIFT, where she was responsible for management development and training during a re-engineering process in the corporation. Between 2000 and 2009 she was an HR Business Partner at SWIFT, after which she was promoted to Head of the HR Business Partner Group in 2010. After this she worked on a number of short term projects before getting her postgraduate degree as a Mindfulness trainer from the Radboud University Medical Center in 2014. Since 2014 she lectures at the Antwerp Management School. With over 25 years of international experience in organization and leadership development, Anne Lemaire describes herself as 'an authentic business leader in motion' specializing in mindfulness, change management, leadership development, career development, succession planning, and performance management. Driven by the positive impact she envisions, she offers practical, tailor-made solutions to solve complex issues within companies. She specializes in accelerating change, developing leaders, and creating sound, healthy work environments. Working with individuals - for example coaching C-level executives to improve personal effectiveness - and aligning senior teams is key to enabling organization wide change, and developing leaders and managers on all levels. Anne creates, design and implements unique solutions grounded in principles of co-creation, mutual respect and sustainability to stimulate changes in behaviour and achieve substantial change.
